Myself and Jim ascended Fuar Tholl today via the standard SMC route to the summit.

First view of Mainreachan Buttress:


Was surprised at how far you have to circuit round the hill before heading up into Coire Lair.

Mainreachan Buttress:


We ascended to the left of the Mainreachan Buttress. Probably the most impressive buttress I have seen with the exception of Sron Ulladal in Harris.
